1. What Tu Evento IE is

Tu Evento IE is an online vendor directory and discovery platform. We connect families planning events with local vendors in the Inland Empire including San Bernardino and Riverside County.

Tu Evento IE is not an event planning service. We do not plan, organize, or manage events. We do not handle bookings, contracts, or payments between families and vendors. All agreements made between families and vendors are entirely between those parties.

2. For families using the platform

By browsing Tu Evento IE and contacting vendors through our platform you agree to the following:

• Tu Evento IE does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of any vendor listed on the platform.
• All bookings, pricing agreements, contracts and payments happen directly between you and the vendor. Tu Evento IE is not a party to any transaction.
• Tu Evento IE is not responsible for any disputes, damages, losses or disappointments that arise from your interactions with vendors.
• Vendor information including pricing, availability and contact details may change. Always confirm details directly with the vendor.
• Reviews and ratings on the platform reflect the opinions of users and are not verified by Tu Evento IE.

3. For vendors listed on the platform

By submitting your business to Tu Evento IE you agree to the following:

• You confirm that all information submitted including business name, category, location, pricing and contact details is accurate and truthful.
• You agree to be listed publicly on Tu Evento IE and for your information to be visible to families searching the platform.
• Tu Evento IE reserves the right to edit, modify or remove any vendor listing at any time without notice.
• Basic listings are free. Any future paid listing tiers will be clearly communicated and require your explicit agreement before any charge is made.
• Tu Evento IE is not responsible for the number of inquiries or bookings you receive through the platform. Results may vary.
• You are solely responsible for fulfilling any agreements made with families who contact you through Tu Evento IE.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following is not permitted on Tu Evento IE:

• Submitting false, misleading or fraudulent business information.
• Using the platform to spam, harass or deceive families or other vendors.
• Reproducing or copying Tu Evento IE content without permission.
• Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the platform in any way.

5. Limitation of liability

Tu Evento IE is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law Tu Evento IE and its owner are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Tu Evento IE is not liable for any disputes between families and vendors, failed events, unsatisfactory vendor performance, financial losses, or any other outcome resulting from connections made through our platform.

6. Privacy

Tu Evento IE collects basic contact information submitted through our forms including email addresses and business details. This information is used solely to operate the platform and connect families with vendors.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Vendor contact information is displayed publicly on the platform as part of their listing.

We use Google Analytics to track anonymous visitor data to improve the platform. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

7. Changes to these terms

Tu Evento IE reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
