Yes — completely free. Browsing vendors, viewing profiles, comparing prices and contacting vendors through our platform costs you nothing. Tu Evento IE is always free for families planning events.
Every vendor profile has a "Request a quote" button and a phone number. Click the button to send them a direct email or call them directly. We connect you straight to the vendor — no middleman, no fees.
Every vendor listed on Tu Evento IE is reviewed before being approved. We prioritize local, Latino-owned businesses with real experience in the Inland Empire. Vendors with the "Verified Vendor" badge have been manually reviewed by our team.
Any celebration! Quinceañeras, bodas, cumpleaños, bautizos, graduaciones, baby showers, anniversaries, and more. Our vendors serve all types of events across San Bernardino and Riverside County.
Tu Evento IE currently covers the entire Inland Empire including San Bernardino, Riverside, Fontana, Ontario, Redlands, Colton, Rialto, Moreno Valley and surrounding cities. We are expanding to Los Angeles and Orange County soon.
Yes. Many of our vendors are bilingual in English and Spanish. Vendor profiles indicate their language capabilities so you can find vendors you can communicate with comfortably in either language.
Not at this time. Tu Evento IE connects you directly with vendors — all booking, pricing negotiation and payment happens between you and the vendor directly. This keeps things simple and gives you full control over your event planning.
FOR VENDORS & BUSINESSES
Simple — fill out our vendor signup form with your business details and we'll reach out within 24 hours to get your listing live. Your first listing is completely free.
Yes — your basic listing is completely free with no credit card required. We offer optional featured and premium listing tiers for vendors who want more visibility, but getting started costs you nothing.
Just your business name, category, city, a short description of your services, your starting price, and contact information. Photos of your work are optional but highly recommended as they help families choose you over other vendors.
We review all submissions within 24 hours. Once approved your listing goes live immediately. We'll contact you at the email you provided to confirm your listing is active.
Yes. Simply email us at tueventoie@gmail.com with any updates to your pricing, photos, description or contact info and we'll update your listing within 24 hours.
Featured listings ($30/month) appear at the top of their category page with more photos and a highlighted profile. Premium listings ($60/month) include everything in Featured plus homepage spotlight placement and priority visibility across the platform.
No. We never take a commission or percentage of your bookings. You keep 100% of what you earn. Our only revenue comes from optional monthly listing fees — never from your hard earned income.
